Apartment
We have three large bedrooms available, each of which has a sink in it. Each bedroom has at least one large window, and two of the rooms have more than one window. There are two bathrooms, both with brand new showers. The kitchen is big and comfortable, especially great for entertaining guests while you cook or bake. The living room flows right from the kitchen, and comes with a dining table, couch, and television. Some of the rooms will be fully furnished and others will not, so please mention whether you would prefer a furnished room.
Location
We are located (literally) across the street from Northwestern's campus, and 3 blocks from the most beautiful beach in Evanston! The building is 2 blocks from the Davis St. "L" and Metra stations, and a short walk to the Foster stop. CVS is about 30 seconds away, along with all of the other Sherman Street shops. The main entrance is between Clarke's Diner and Beck's Bookstore. Subway also recently opened on our street, and Burger King (open 24 hours!) is right next door.

Price/Availability
Each bedroom goes for a rate of $699 per person per month, which includes electricity, basic cable, heat, and Internet. All of the rooms are available starting immediately until August 31st.
